If you don't want the fuss of writing a cheque you can send cash or you can pay online. If you want to send cash, see the right hand column - this shows how many pairs you get for a tenner so you can simply send us a ten pound note. Standard (2nd class) UK delivery is free on £10 packs. £10 packs are available in Europe and the USA: from Europe send 15 euros (cash, paper money only), from the USA send a $20 bill - these prices include airmail delivery. £10 packs are for cash buyers only.
However you pay, always provide details of what you want, who you are, and where we should send the plugs!

We post orders promptly but standard post is very variable. Some items arrive the day after we send them, most arrive within three working days, some take over a week - and delivery takes longer over bank holidays. If you haven't received your plugs within two weeks of sending payment, let us know. If you're in a bit of a rush please use first class rather than second class post. Or we can send by special delivery (£6) if it's really urgent.
Overseas buyers: cost & how to pay. Don't post cash if it's illegal for you to do so!
USA: pay by cash (that's actual money, no checks, no money orders). If sending British Pounds, add 20% to the price shown to cover airmail. If sending US dollars, multiply the numerical price shown by 2.4 (so £10 becomes $24, for example) and round the total up to the next dollar (so £8 becomes $20, for example). Cash is sent at your own risk, we suggest wrapping it in a fold of opaque paper, then enclosing it in a stout envelope. Remember - you need to send post to the UK by AIRMAIL - you cannot send it by ordinary USPS ground mail. For further information, check out the USPS website.
Canada: send a Canadian postal money order (in British Pounds) or pay by cash (that's actual money, no checks, no money orders). If sending British Pounds, add 20% to the price shown to cover airmail. If sending Canadian dollars, multiply the numerical price shown by 2.5 (so £10 becomes CA$25, for example) and round the total up to the next suitable value: we only accept paper money - not coins! If you have to round it up by a substantial amount, we will send you extra plugs. Cash is sent at your own risk, we suggest wrapping it in a fold of opaque paper, then enclosing it in a stout envelope. Remember - you need to send post to the UK by AIRMAIL!
Europe: pay by cash. If sending British Pounds, add 15% to the price shown to cover airmail. If sending Euros (except for £5/£10 packs) add 50% to the numerical price shown then round the total up to the next euro (so £10 becomes €15, for example). Cash is sent at your own risk, we suggest wrapping it in a fold of opaque paper, then enclosing it in a stout envelope. It is best if you only send paper money - we can increase or reduce the number of plugs in a pack to make this work. If you want to send a currency other than pounds or euros, please ask for details.
Australia: pay by cash. If sending British Pounds, add 20% to the price shown to cover airmail. If sending AUS dollars, treble the numerical price shown (so £10 becomes AUS $30, for example) and round the total up to the next suitable value: we only accept paper money - not coins! If you have to round it up by a substantial amount, we will send you extra plugs. Cash is sent at your own risk, we suggest wrapping it in a fold of opaque paper, then enclosing it in a stout envelope.
New Zealand: pay by cash. If sending British Pounds, add 20% to the price shown to cover airmail. If sending NZ dollars, treble the numerical price shown, and add 10% (so £10 becomes NZ $33, for example) and round the total up to the next suitable value: we only accept paper money - not coins! If you have to round it up by a substantial amount, we will send you extra plugs. Cash is sent at your own risk, we suggest wrapping it in a fold of opaque paper, then enclosing it in a stout envelope.
Other countries: please ask!

You can pay online, if you have a
UK-issued credit or debit card,
provided it is registered at a UK
address, and you want your order sent to that address! We ask you to make a small contribution (30p) to the
costs if you pay online. This is voluntary. We will send your order even
if you don't add the 30p, but 30p is less than the cost of a first class
stamp, and by paying online, you save the cost of a stamp. To pay online,
please read through this page, then click on the link at the bottom of
this page. Please note that for security reasons, orders can
only be sent to the address at which the card is registered, which must be
in the UK. This online payment service is run by Nochex. You
pay Nochex, then Nochex pay us, so the payment will appear your statement
as a payment to Nochex - not to Lucy Dell. To order online, first work out the total cost
(including postage) and then click below. Your name, address and order
details all go in the 'message' box - although the Nochex screen says it
is optional to write a message, we do need to know what you want, and
